Papillon

The Papillon, named for its distinctive butterfly-like ears (papillon means butterfly in French), is one of the oldest toy spaniels. They are highly intelligent and agile, consistently topping obedience and agility competitions. Despite their elegant appearance, Papillons are hardy, robust dogs with big personalities packed into small bodies.
