Field Spaniel

The Field Spaniel is a medium-sized sporting dog developed in England in the mid-19th century as a companion to huntsmen in heavy cover and water. Less well-known than their spaniel cousins, they are sensitive, docile, and independent dogs that respond well to gentle training. Field Spaniels make affectionate, energetic companions for active families.
