Whippet

The Whippet is an elegant, medium-sized sighthound developed in England in the 19th century for racing and small-game hunting. They are among the fastest dog breeds, capable of speeds up to 56 km/h, yet at home they are remarkably calm and gentle. Whippets are affectionate, adaptable dogs that can thrive even in apartments as long as they get daily sprints.
