Havanese

The Havanese is Cuba's national dog and the country's only native breed, developed from the now-extinct Blanquito de la Habana. Known for their silky, wavy coat and cheerful disposition, they are highly sociable dogs that bond closely with their entire family. Havanese are intelligent and excel in dog sports and as therapy dogs.
